Project Highlights:

RURAL SUBDIVISION

BELLINGEN SHIRE COUNCIL

Design and construct project including obtaining all approvals.

With due diligence paid to preserving the local ecology, we partnered closely with local suppliers to parcel this Mid North Coast site into 20 residential lots. Roadworks and earthworks were the primary focus for our team, along with an upgrade of RMS state controlled road “Waterfall Way”.

ROAD Upgrade

TWEED coast road

OM Civil were awarded the contract to widen Tweed Coast Road and construct an overtaking lane on the adjacent Altona Road into the Hanson Sand Quarry.

Works were fast-tracked and completed safely amongst live traffic conditions and numerous existing services.

SEWER WORKS

CHINDERAH

This Tweed Shire Council project involved sewer pump station and sewer rising main upgrades with a live water and sewer connection.

CULVERT AND DRAINAGE CONSTRUCTION Early Works

TWEED HEADS

OM Civil constructed a culvert to facilitate access for the construction of Cobaki Lakes – a Tweed Heads subdivision accomodating up to 5500 dwellings.
