OM Civil were awarded the construction of a new 3 lot industrial subdivision in the brownfileds site of Carol Park.  works included the demolition of the old TYCO facilities, storwwater upgrades, QUU Trunk sewer diversions and upgrades, culvert works, electrical and pavement works over a 5Ha site.  OM Civil value engineered savings in managing uncontrolled fill, contaminated land and other latent conditions in an open book transparent approach to reduce the overall cost to the client.
