Following the success of the previous Industrial Upgrade project with Archerfield Airport, OM Civil were awarded the construction of the next stage in the Transition Archerfield Logistics Estate, a premium large-scale industrial distribution site at Archerfield Airport. The unique infill site will accommodate buildings from 2,500 sqm to 50,000 sqm and up to 50 meters high. OM Civil works included bulk earthworks, road, sewer, water and electrical works. The project was completed on time and within budget.
