OM Civil were awarded the civil works for a 1 into 9 lot residential subdivision at Hope Island. Works included negative grade sewer works below water table in sandy conditions, working around existing services, traffic, watermain works, earthworks, concrete works and Asbuilts for obtaining titles. This was a complex small project that was delivered on time and on budget.
