OM Civil were awarded the internal civil works for the new 99 lot Sphere civil townhouse development by Villaworld Homes/AVID Property Group in Southport.  Works included concrete roads, earthworks, water, sewer, stormwater and electrical works.  Once complete the internal works were handed over to the builders for the townhouses.  What was unique about this project is that it was partially complete before commencement and underwent a full re-design.  OM Civil worked with the designer to utilise as much internal existing infrastructure to reduce the overall cost.
