The Pines Shopping Centre Upgrade

The project consisted of relocating an internal existing shopping centre bus stop to a new external bus stop along KP McGrath Drive, Elanora.  Included in the scope was re-constructing and refurbishing an existing carpark facility adjacent to the new bus stop.  The works were constructed under high volume pedestrian movements and traffic conditions during the shopping centre trading hours.  

We developed strategies to minimise impacts to reduced carparking spaces while fast-tracking pavement works to return carparking as quickly as possible prior to the Christmas school holidays.  OM Civil also developed its own in house Traffic Guidance Scheme to complete the complex traffic works.
