OM Civil have been awarded the second stage of the mixed use 59 lot residential and childcare subdivision in Logan Reserve.  Works include upgrades to Chambers Flat Road, Bulk Earthworks, Stormwater upgrades, sewer, water and electrical reticulation.  Based on previous successful project completions, OM Civil have been engaged to “fast track” the plan sealing process with the client to ensure smooth titles are achieved and settlements are finalised.
