This was a challenging 24lot residential subdivision project constructed in Upper Kedron.  The project involved working adjacent to an environmentally sensitive corridor, completing detailed bulk earthworks in rocky conditions, numerous retaining walls (boulder, sleeper and blockwork), sewer, stormwater, water and URD works.  The project also had reinforced concrete pavments and traditional AC pavements and was constructed adjacent to existing residents.  The project was completed without incident and to the satisfaction of the client and all stakeholders.
